These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Found, a psychographic profiling platform operated by Wispr (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Found, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Found is a psychographic profiling platform designed for founders, executives, and entrepreneurs. The platform administers a battery of validated psychological instruments and generates personalised reports using AI-powered analysis.
The assessment covers personality traits, attachment patterns, values, cognitive styles, risk profiles, and other psychological dimensions relevant to leadership and founder performance.
Found is a self-reflection and development tool. It is not a clinical psychological assessment, diagnostic tool, or medical device. The results provided are for self-awareness, personal development, and coaching purposes only.
Found is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing psychological distress, please consult a qualified mental health professional.
While our instruments draw from validated psychological research, no assessment can fully capture the complexity of human psychology. Results should be interpreted as one input among many in understanding yourself.

The Found platform, including its assessment instruments, scoring methodologies, report templates, AI prompts, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Wispr and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your generated reports are licensed to you for personal use only. You may share your reports with coaches, therapists, or trusted advisors for your own development. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display the reports or any substantial portion of their content for commercial purposes.
Your raw assessment data and responses remain your personal data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, Found charges a one-time payment for access to the full psychographic report. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
Prices are displayed before purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment grants you a perpetual, personal licence to access and download your generated reports.
Due to the nature of AI-generated, personalised content, refunds are not available once report generation has begun. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact us at hello@foundout.co and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Found is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Psychological profiling is inherently probabilistic. Your results reflect patterns and tendencies, not certainties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wispr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Found, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Found at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and data by contacting hello@foundout.co.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive behaviour, or used the platform in a way that harms other users or our operations. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Found shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Found after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
