Found is operated by Wispr (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Found platform, including our website, psychographic assessment, and generated reports.

By using Found, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and company information provided during registration.
• Assessment responses — your answers to the psychographic assessment instruments, including psychological questionnaire responses across all instruments administered.
• Response timing data — how long you spend on each question and section, used to improve assessment quality and detect response patterns.
• Payment information — billing details processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns with the platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Administer and score your psychographic assessment across all instruments.
• Generate your personalised psychological profile and reports using AI-powered analysis.
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our assessment instruments over time.
• Communicate with you about your account, assessment progress, and report delivery.
• Process payments for premium features or services.

Data Processing and Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase, a cloud-hosted database platform. Assessment data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

To generate your personalised reports, your assessment responses are processed through Anthropic’s Claude AI. This processing occurs at the time of report generation. Your raw assessment data is not used to train third-party AI models.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of successful payments but do not store, process, or have access to your full card details.

Data Retention

Your assessment data and generated reports are retained indefinitely to enable longitudinal analysis, allow you to revisit your results, and improve the quality of our instruments. This means your profile and underlying data remain available to you for as long as the platform operates.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@foundout.co. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove your personal data, assessment responses, and generated reports within 30 days.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes of operating the platform:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — report generation and analysis.
• Stripe — payment processing.

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

Cookies

Found uses only essential authentication session cookies provided by Supabase to maintain your login state. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not use non-essential cookies.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or equivalent data protection laws:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to deletion — request that we delete your personal data, assessment responses, and generated reports.
• Right to portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Age Restriction

Found is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Found after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
